These are guided meditations designed for people experiencing benzodiazepine or other psychiatric drug withdrawal, including protracted withdrawal. Each meditation uses breath-assisted techniques accompanied by visual slideshows to provide support and gentle distraction.

The meditations vary in length from 10 to 18 minutes, so you can choose whichever duration suits you best.

I recently had the privilege of being a guest on the ‘Rock Your Bottom’ podcast, where I shared my journey through health trauma, recovery, and the realities of psychiatric drug withdrawal.

We discussed my experiences with invasive surgeries both in Aotearoa and overseas, my path through addiction and treatment in my early 30s, and what 28 years of continuous sobriety has taught me. I also spoke about the often-overlooked challenges of psychiatric medication withdrawal and the critical need for greater awareness in this area.
